Volunteering at the Ames Main Street Farmers’ Market

Volunteering is an excellent opportunity to become more involved in the Market and support our local farmers.

The Ames Main Street Farmers’ Market is seeking Volunteers and corporate partners to help make our Market a “growing” success.

We are looking for several barricade monitors each Saturday morning.

A chair and $10 in Market Bucks will be provided during your shift.

You will be making sure that vehicles do not drive around the barricade and instructing them to turn around. Market Bucks can be spent with any vendor at the Ames Main Street Farmers’ Market anytime throughout the season.
