DESCRIPTION:Food At First ( https://www.facebook.com/FoodAtFirst/?ref=stream ) hosts the annual Christmas Pass Along Party gifting or re-gifting event every December to help families in our community. Children and adults are given the opportunity to shop from donations. The best part, Food At First gathers gently used or new items you no longer need or that your kids have out grown. It is a great way to help make the holidays extra special for many families in our community that often struggle to put food on the table, let alone gifts under the tree.\nGift Ideas (New or Gently Used):\n\nToys\nGames\nChildren’s Books\nDolls\nToy Trucks/Model Cars\nCrayons/Markers\nNew Coloring or Sticker Books\nHousehold Items for Parents/Adults\nGift Bags\nRibbons\nTape\nBows\nHomemade Cookies- (Please deliver from 1:30 – 4 pm on Saturday, December 14 before Pass Along Party begins)\n\nIf you are unable to drop off items during this drop off time, there is a second time on Tuesday, December 10th from 3:30 – 5:30 pm. You can also bring your items to the Ames Chamber (304 Main Street), Lainey Crawford at the ISU Alumni Association (429 Beach Ave.) or Christian Hempen at GVL (2604 Northridge Pkwy) and they will drop your items off for you during the allotted drop off times.
