We’ll hear from Jake Feldpausch who is a graduate of Kinesiology and Exercise Science at Iowa State University and the Director of Strength and Conditioning at the Athletic Club of Ames. Jake has been overseeing and implementing strength and conditioning at both local and distant schools as well as 1-on-1 and group training at the gym. We’ll also hear from Kelli Bachman who is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and the manager of the facility.
